Breaking into Brokenness

"Breaking into Brokenness" narrates a journey through enduring numerous family tragedies and losses, culminating in a profound experience of grief and disappointment. My story reached its peak when I was struck by a serious illness, leading to a close encounter with death. It was during this time that the Lord healed me and guided me into a place of rest, which I refer to as, ‘the hidden place’ or wilderness experience.

Throughout this journey, He defied the doctors’ prognosis, leading me through the fire rather than away from it, as I traversed this wilderness alongside Him at every step. With each step in this hidden place, I experienced a season of inner healing and recovery, mingled with loss and grief, joy and victory, along with breakthrough and deliverance. God took me through a refining fire, immersing and re-emerging my life into a completely new state of being.

This transformative experience marked the beginning of a new era of deep Holy intimacy with Him, shedding all that was not meant to accompany me through the doors He has destined for me to walk through.

He has shown me the true meaning of surrendering one’s life to His purpose, which involves counting the cost and relinquishing everything we perceive as the ideal path and definition of a successful life.

Having gone through this journey has revealed a deeper level of the profound truth that His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts reach far beyond our understanding.
