Cynthia carries a powerful testimony of healing, breakthrough, and deliverance, having walked through profound family loss and a life-threatening battle with illness. These experiences have not only shaped her story but have also deepened her compassion and authority in helping others find freedom. As a seasoned prophetic intercessor, speaker, writer, teacher, and Kingdom leader, she is devoted to guiding others—especially women—into places of inner healing, restoration, and lasting breakthrough. Her heart is particularly drawn to those who have endured trauma, grief, abuse, and manipulation or control, helping them heal and rediscover their voice, reclaim their identity, and step into the freedom that is theirs in Christ.
Cynthia’s mission is rooted in awakening people to who they truly are within the “new wineskin” of the authentic Ekklesia—a life marked not by striving, but by transformation, truth, and a deeply personal, intimate relationship with God. She is passionate about helping others move beyond surface-level faith into a place of authentic relationship—where they learn to recognize His voice, experience His presence in a real and tangible way, and cultivate a daily walk marked by trust, closeness, and communion with Him. This is not about religion or routine, but about living from a place of nearness—being known by Him, encountering His love, and responding with a surrendered and confident heart.
With a genuine love for people and a passion for transformation, Cynthia has served in leadership roles across church ministries and nonprofit organizations, consistently focusing on breakthrough, the love of Jesus, and the power of inner healing. Her leadership reflects both wisdom and humility, creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow.
In addition to her ministry work, Cynthia is retired and embraces a life rich with simple joys. She has a passion for baking sourdough bread, which she generously shares with friends and family, creating moments of connection and warmth. Autumn is her favorite season, as she enjoys the beauty of changing leaves and spending time outdoors. She also loves to travel, especially exploring the charm of small historic towns and taking in the scenic views of the Pocono Mountains, where she lives with her husband, Tom, her niece, Stefanee, and their fun-loving dogs, Jackson and Penny.
Cynthia also serves as an inner healing, breakthrough, and deliverance facilitator and team member with Sent Ones Ministries, where she works alongside its founders, Josh Adkins and Maria Adkins, continuing to help others encounter freedom, healing, and transformation.
