In this chapter...
"Breaking into Brokenness" shares my journey through family tragedies, loss, and deep grief, culminating in a life-threatening illness. During this time, God healed me and led me into a place of rest, which I call "the hidden place" or wilderness. Instead of escaping the hardship, He guided me through it, defying doctors’ predictions.
This was a refining process where I experienced both brokenness and healing, grief and joy, and ultimately, breakthrough and deliverance.
This transformative journey brought me into a new, intimate relationship with God, showing me the true meaning of surrender and trust in His plan. Through it, I learned that His ways are beyond our understanding.
Now, I invite you to join me as I share how to find deep intimacy with God, even when life leads you down unexpected paths.

The author's authenticity and vulnerability brings her story to life on the page. The emotions are not just relatable but felt deeply. So much pain in her life could have caused her to shut down and be bitter, but she has chosen to praise God in the suffering. This is a true example of surrender and loving God regardless of circumstance. I was so blessed by this story of hope, and I know you will be too.
